Attentive staff, newly decorated room, in general I truly enjoyed this functional hotel.

We appreciated our 3 night stay. Stayed in brilliant family room with a walk-in shower, nice beds plus a king bedroom.

The venue was always fairly clean, had very good location and food. I had moderately priced room with a walk-in shower.

Moderately priced place, had a such wonderful stay at the Bestwesten Hotel. The room met the purpose, big size with a walk-in shower. An attached restaurant with excellent food was an advantage.

It was an outstanding hotel, nesteled in a functional building. The service was good, the staff were eager to help. Close to bars and restaurants. Again, it was just a pleasant stroll away from La Plaza del Mercado de Santurce. Plentiful and magnificent continental breakfast.

The breakfast was magnificent and the staff were eager to help. Room had a beautiful bathroom that we greatly enjoyed. The bed seemed very comfy and it was quite clean all around. The best own beach we've seen before now.

We thoroughly enjoyed the very easy location and the staff was informative. Room was brand new and modern. The staff did all they can for a just perfect stay. The pool was heated, with a hot tub and a Jacuzzi. There were stores and a drugstore around the hotel.

If your plans include visiting old san juan, you should stay here. Very clean and well-kept place. Tayzan bar and grill, located within 5 minutes' walk, is a good dining option...

We greatly enjoyed everything. We had a car, so 5 minutes drive to old san juan❤
